I was going to try not fucking up my sleep schedule on the weekend by keeping similar times to work days and see if I was less tired during the week, but I guess after coming home from the theatre I needed to sit up doing nothing for two hours.

I have to say, seeing another actually good show convinced me I was right to be underwhelmed by Mean Girls the Musical last month. I enjoyed it but man, it did not have anything to say other than "you liked Mean Girls, right?" and it did not do anything particularly interesting to justify itself.

Just got back from seeing Waitress! Wasn't sure what I expected going in but I really liked this one. It's really funny, good songs, and I really liked the whole style of the production - the way they did the sets, how the band and ensemble were incorporated into things, the way they used lighting.
