My story of shame (part9) So nudity is essential for me today. When being nude, self-confidence is growing constantly. There is nothing, that can hurt me, even mean commentary (which really happens rare). And a great thing is, that inner criticism stopped!

My story of shame (part8) It doesn't matter, if someone else doesn't like, how I look. This is me and I'm not build for others aesthetic-measurement. With showing everything, my clean shaved body, my tiny cutie, I can tell you, it is the best thing ever. I don't hide anything.

My story of shame (part7) And then I discovered naturism and social nudity. And today, social nudity is the greatest thing, I ever dicovered. Shame vanished out of my life. I can be nude and totally myself. I'm proud, that I like myself bald from head downwards. It's how I feel good.

My story of shame (part6) In this temple, there is just one person to live in. It's me. My inner child, that want to be happy and not suffering under the load of shame. My inner child wants to be loved, loved by myself. In total freedom and acceptance.

My story of shame (part5) Not long, we talked about my relationship to myself and we discovered my bad connection of nudity to shame. With a lot of work, I was able to change this connection, to see, that shaving is something, to enjoy. To see my body as a beautiful temple.

My story of shame (part 4) This shame ruled decades of my life. I couldn't accept, that shaving was just a thing, I liked. For decades, shame ruled every facette of my life. Until the day I started a therapy, because of a depression.

My story of shame (part3) Unfortunately, my mom saw, that I shave, when I had massive pain in my kidney and the doc did the examination. I got massive problems with my mom, who called me a pervert. And I beleived this. I thought, I must be a pervert, because I couldn't stop shaving.

My story of shame (part2) I really thought, my penis is a dirty part of myself. Don't touch, it might hurt. My mom was not supporting, when puberty came and my body changed. I didn't like my pubic hair from the very first moment, so I started to shave. I always loved the look and feel.

My story of shame (part1) Shame was always the biggest feeling in my life. As a child, I was extremely ashamed of my appearance. My mom always toll me, that nudity is something bad an dirty. I had problems with my kidneys, lots of pain and blood in my urine.

Next highlight was the Hessischen Naturistentagen (hessian naturist-days) at the fantastic Krackhof in Flieden. What a great location and we could stay the whole 3 days naked! WOW Fantastic group of nude friends! #naturism #nudity #Naturismus
