Last few months have been very hectic. This evening I was able to carve out some time to sit down and write. Managed to get 1k words down. The rest of the week will only have time for short spurts, but it felt good to have a dedicated session

l've been sitting on this artwork for a few months now. It’s time I shared it! The romance is very much a subplot, but the love between Haizea and Alastair is integral to their overall arcs. A lot more of their bond will play on out the page in book 2. Thank you @vitadivata.bsky.social 💜

Executed some combos mid game with Miary today. I’m piloting her a lot better, feels much more natural. Most folks still don’t know the match up but mirror matches are keeping me honest

Book 3 officially crossed the 10k word count mark. Still slow going but happy I’m making progress after stalling for a while. Have 5 more chapters to read through in haunted warrior before I send back to editor for final polish!

This is the most fun I’ve had on t8 since the season 2 disaster patch. Given the balance of the last few DLCs, I’m feeling hopeful that season 3 will bring about some much needed healthy changes. Miary is so much fun, like I love her SO much already 💜

Drafting is the most difficult stage for me. Always feels like pulling teeth. But I keep reminding myself that the chapters I struggle to write the most, often end up being my favorite to read. Can’t wait for it to be behind me lol

Played some more t8. First half of session pretty much went the same as yesterday, aka generational loss streak. Then latter half I started winning more. better decisions. faster reactions. Unfortunately my dpad is cooked so misinputs ended up being fatal ☠️ taking another break til next weekend

After stalling for a bit, I finally wrapped up ch 3 of book 3. Onto ch 4!

Have not played t8 in a solid 6 weeks. Finally had the chance to play today. Lost 90% of my games. All my reactions were slow. Couldn’t break throws. Terrible neutral. Just got run over and all i could do was watch. Might stay off until miary gets released 🥲 at least then we’ll all be flailing

I didn’t do arcs with crimson knight. the time to make a decision with haunted warrior is rapidly arriving 😶 still haven’t made up my mind yet but I currently a form for sign ups in my drafts. I’m gonna think on it some more, but my feelings have gone from hard no to a coin toss

I think I’m gonna do that “January-February” trend at the end of the year with my art. I’m so happy with how much I’ve improved! Next year my goal is to focus on improving my rendering. Which means I’m going to have to build my stamina bc I always lose steam when i get to coloring/shading 🧍🏽‍♀️
