We are and have been playing like a mid table team since January 2024. Suitably we’re smack bang in the mid table and there’s lots of reasons for this. The one few wish to say out loud is that we have a mid table manager on Howe. Harsh but one season finishing fourth won’t convince me otherwise.

Spoke to a Liverpool podcast earlier and host was effusive about #nufc at Forest as the performance of the weekend in the division. Most NUFC fans I speak to have a cautious optimism. Where are you with it? Need to see more v W Ham and Palace etc? Suppose I’m asking, are we good again?

Still buzzing after yesterday. What a performance. It won’t be this straightforward (because it never is) but the run of fixtures between now and Christmas suggests points, and lots of them! Hopefully another league cup semi final secure too. Exciting!

Highest praise I can give Howe is that Lewis Hall looks like one of the best left backs in the league after just over a year. Back in April the kid was still going down with cramp every time he started a game. Huge turnaround physically and mentally
