Okay, while I was uploading the entirety of Max Comix to Instagram (instagram.com/max_comix for those interested), I finally couldn't take it anymore and changed a couple of pages in Chapter 4. That chapter was my least favorite of the entire run and I finally took the time to fix it.

PSA: Bluesky's new auto-tagging moderation stuff is a disaster. Disable it. Go into Settings on the Bluesky site and enable adult content and set everything to Warn at most, which makes posts opt-in. Hide just vanishes posts. Then go into Advanced/Bluesky Mod Service and do the same on everything.

Okay, so, this is part of my backlog (I have 250 games on it). Some are replays of stuff I haven't touched in years, some are stuff I never played and looked interesting enough. So, from this list, which one would you recommend I try first? The ones in dark yellow are the ones I already started.

Okay if you go to Twitter, they're all talking about Mixtape. Like, everyone. Dumb complaints from people that apparently never played a visual novel, "walking simulator" or game without failstates. That being said, the devs got the mixtape rewind animation wrong, which is hilarious.

Everytime I open Twitter because of some stuff a friend showed me, I go to my home feed and after 3 minutes I end up closing the app, not before blocking at least 10 different accounts. God, that place is toxic.

Looking back, yeah, the Playing With Fire storyline doesn't pass the Bechdel Test. But it is based on a real story (Me & my gf's, but we're both Vale AND Matrix at the same time). So it's the most genuine script I've written, lol.

I feel like the Star Fox redesigns are like a mix between Crash's NST and CB4 redesigns: Make them actually resemble their species with some anatomically accurate details, but make them uncannily detailed.

AI... is dumb. It appeared as a "tool" to help, but so far it has been proven to be more of an obstacle. Corporations tried to force it into everything, whether they actually add something to the experience or not. Google, once the best search engine ever, now gives you wrong information.

I'm still mad at Webtoon. Sorry I didn't want to butcher my comic to fit your mandatory "one panel on screen at any given time" format. My comic happens to have several visual gags around the whole page composition and panels usually interact with each other or have irregular shapes.

Some of my latest commissions were basically "Hey, can you add my characters into this stock photo?" and I LOVE it. Keep 'em coming. I'm not that good at making backgrounds from scratch, especially non-organic ones (buildings, rooms, architecture in general). This is faster and more fun ✨

I think it's interesting how CGI-animated shows like Paw Patrol and Miraculous Ladybug got a huge upgrade after their movies, probably reusing assets from them. And then you have DreamWorks, making gorgeous films and then making shows out of them but making the cheapest new models possible.

I feel like there should be a specific kind of game walkthroughs where they don't explicitly tell you the answer to all the puzzles, but rather let you figure it out yourself and maybe point out where you can find the answer. I don't want you to tell me the solution! I want to learn it organically!
