Not that Europe doesn't love sermons on "courage" over "bullshit politics",

The fact that a man like Farage who praised Putin, made himself Mr Brexit, and campaigned for Trump is considered anything other than a crank is a fairly damning indictment of the political climate in Britain.

It's true: "In 1943, Norwegian author Knut Hamsun went to Nazi Germany and met with Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels. After returning to Norway, he sent his Nobel medal to Goebbels as a gesture of thanks for the meeting. Goebbels was honoured by the gift." What an extarordinary precedent.

I don't know how it's fixed because Brexit has become a de facto religion and going back in or holding a 'rejoin' referendum would just stir up a whole load of shit and turmoil - but the UK needs to realign with Europe on every front as quickly as possible.

The UK was better off in the EU and Europe was better off with the UK in it. All of this Trump driven chaos underlines that and you can practically hear Putin rubbing his hands in Moscow. WE have deliberately weakened ourselves, our security and our region for absolutely no good purpose at all.
