As early as Aug. 24, I was warning about the possibility of an Enhanced Due Diligence affecting the CBL. Governor Issa confirmed that yesterday. Fed NY has told the CBL that it’ll suspend dollar transactions with the CBL & LFB unless Libya establishes a review mechanism for commercial transactions
