This is probably the biggest PH corruption scandal I have seen in recent memory. This is just one district, one province. They build poor infra on purpose to rake in BILLIONS. Meanwhile, it is so common now for Pinoys to die and lose homes in floods.

Outright acceptance, cool and unexpected.
