Got this from an ewaste pile with a friend. Only broken part? 2 missing keycaps and cable cut to the case. Not proud of the solder job. Need to redoit sometime, when i have the right connector to crimp a new one.

Lcd arrived. Porfed testcode for it into fhe arduino ide. Works! Though i needed to bodge the backlight control. The distance between it and the board concern me a lil. Need to look into it to design a sort of spacer.

Is there some sort of list of popular and cheap components that hobbyists tend to use? I need to find power mosfets, both p and n channel, that can do 1a at least, whilst in preferable sot-23 or to-92 packaging. And probably able to be bought in bulk on aliexpress.

Ok so, I hooked up my inverter board to the wave generator on my scope. It's alot faster than I thought. Adding a capacitor across the power rails made it significantly less noisy too.

Seems like the rise/fall times of my CMOS inverter is slow at about 800us. Should mean I could only run them just above 1khz. Ah well.

More of the boards arrived NAND and revised NOT gate are good, though I just realized the footprint I used for the led module is... Not the handsolder one. Balls.

I wonder if its possible to build a 65c816 computer on par with the C128, but with 74xx/4xxx logic... already trying to make a VGA card, once that's done its just the Sound, Peripherals and the chipset itself...
