Ok so, I hooked up my inverter board to the wave generator on my scope. It's alot faster than I thought. Adding a capacitor across the power rails made it significantly less noisy too.

Seems like the rise/fall times of my CMOS inverter is slow at about 800us. Should mean I could only run them just above 1khz. Ah well.

I wonder if its possible to build a 65c816 computer on par with the C128, but with 74xx/4xxx logic... already trying to make a VGA card, once that's done its just the Sound, Peripherals and the chipset itself...

Just wish the LTC4010s didn't have a heat dissipation pad on the underside... I'd need either a hotplate, or order assembly on the battery boards. Both are costly, hotplate less so but risk of me bungling up a 16-20 dollar part would be higher...

Right, changing specs a good bit... LTC4010s cost 16 a piece, ain't no way I can get 6 or more of em. Just gonna stick with a 4S 2P D cell setup for a 4.8v 80Ah setup. I worry about discharge not being balanced but, meh, just gonna cut off at 4.4-4.6v. NiMHs stay p stable already.

Hmm, the 18M2 only has 256 bytes of program memory... worry about it not being enough to switch from a single high current SEPIC to two parallel ones with current sensing.
