Robbie Gibb was appointed to the BBC Board by Boris Johnson, was an editorial advisor for GB News, and worked as Theresa May's Director of Comms. He is not impartial or neutral. The government should remove him from the Board immediately to protect the BBC's independence.

As I’ve said before, the Labour govt seems to think nice words and feelz after Tory arrogance will do the job. It fails to see that quitting the EU’s supranational structures exposes it to the cut and thrust of international relations, where leverage and power imbalances are ruthlessly deployed.

Starmer's brand of management is not competent; it avoids tackling in a any serious way the major problem(s) caused by brexit. Second, it doesn't seem to have any plan for telling the story of any achievements, even though the importance of telling stories inpolitics today is increasingly obvious.
