My local hobby store had some 3D printed Dragon Ball characters for sale. So I picked up Goku to paint for fun. And he was fun! Even if yellow and orange are my least favourite colours to paint, and despite the print not looking the best in some places and having visible lines or air bubbles.

Finally got around to setting it all up and taking pictures. Here's the 172 models I painted in 2024! 17 Space Marines, 44 Dwarfs, 48 Orcs & Goblins, 16 Gloomspite Gitz, 17 Skaven, 25 miscellaneous, and 2 Hills. All in all I beat 2023's work by a single model.

And while the Stone Trolls were pretty easy to paint, the River Trolls felt like a LOT more work. But I think they turned out even better! Eventually I'll get the plastic ones, and hopefully they don't look too strange hanging out together.

Stone Trolls! I had a couple of these as a child, so I jumped on the chance to actually have the whole set when they came back for Made to Order! Eventually I'll have the Orcs & Goblins army I dreamed of as a kid.

Took over 200 days, but I eventually got my made to order Orcs & Goblins. Including ye olde Marauder Giant. A model as a child I saw repeatedly in my father's old warhammer books. For such a heavy metal model, this one was actually pretty easy to put together. So here's "Andre the Average".

"Warbaron Gurien Ragedead" This is the model I really wanted to work on for Orctober! One of my favourite old sculpts over all, and a model I used to own as a child (though that copy has been lost to time). Glad to have a second chance at doing him justice though.

"Sir Wagravain" This is the first model I painted for Orctober, based on Sir Agravain's ridiculous heraldry colours. I just needed something to paint while waiting for more spray primer to arrive in the mail so I could start painting the orc I really wanted to work on.

Goblin Nasty Skulkers. Honestly I just really wanted to paint these guys, they look fun even if I hear they don't play very well.

"Knights of da Big Cup". King Arfurk Punch-Wyvern's mounted elite nobz. Like Bretonnians, each one gets painted differently, and have the fanciest helmets. Colours were chosen based on friends and their characters.

Orc Rock Lobber. Haven't come up with a fun name for this one, I just know that if I was going to play Bretonnian Orcs that they needed a 'trebuchet'.

"Morglin the Mad". King Arfurk Punch-Wyvern's closest advisor. Morglin is an orc shaman plagued by visions of the future from Mork (or possibly Gork). He uses his powers to help his king find the 'Big Cup'.
