spent time over the break reflecting on my career, so then got interested in writing a thing tagline: "curiosity: why even tho others have said our shared managers were bad at times, why i was always able to find some way to connect and still get things done"

my reaction when people tell me that the safety-critical coding guidelines seem to be somewhat documenting already existing practice (which is not documented)

feels like using agentic ai stuff is about staying in control and not letting it run wild let it run for a bit, think about what it's doing, as a human, then suggest it to try a, b, c or refactor x, y, z goes out of control otherwise

how it started vs how it's going lmao been playing checkers with the 5 y/o over the break we decided to modify the rules to allow unlimited king-ing it does not change its ability, but it sure does make her laugh each time she can declare "KING ME!!!"
