I was doing some digital sketches and I quite like how this one came out, for the most part.

Question for any artist who happens to stumble across this post—how do you go about drawing out a scene and putting characters in it? Do you do the characters first, then the BG? Other way around? Little of both? I've always had issues getting this down, so I really want to dedicate practice to it.
