At least 52 people have died in ICE custody since Trump returned to the White House. At least 23 people have been shot at by federal immigration agents. And thousands more have been caged, separated from their families, or shipped off to dangerous countries. The cruelty is endless.

So, this ruling is harmful but not as bad as it could have been. States & localities aren't forced to discriminate against K12 transgender (girl) athletes but are allowed to. And the ruling doesn't say discriminating against people based on being transgender is permissible under the Constitution.
