I think the most interesting thing to take away from this for me is that -as you'll hear me say in a lot of talks- our job as game devs is to be really good liars. Putting that wind cone up is a brilliant lie - it suggests winds well enough that players will read the physics wonkiness as wind.

Even if you follow me, you likely can't see my last repost: a Palestinian gamedev working on the lovely Dreams on a Pillow launched a promised follow-up crowdfunding campaign. But @moderation.bsky.app labeled him spam for daring to be Palestinian, so you can't see reposts, repost him, or tag him.

The account got flagged as spam for some extremely petty reason, but @rasheedabueideh.bsky.social is definitely not a spammer. He's been working diligently on a beautiful game set in Palestine and made a lot of progress. It's now out of pre-production which is a great milestone.
