I need someone to explain to me how starting a laptop into bios, turning it off from there, and after that rebooting straight into windows stops an autorepair loop... I'm so confused what this laptop needs to be fixed

Well.. I don't know what's even causing the problem and I've already just wiped the drive and reinstalled windows I think I might have to go on another indefinite hiatus to try to fix this, because it legitimately prevents me from starting my laptop for a while Sorry everyone T~T

Well not only did I reinstall windows on my laptop and forgor to backup my tabs (Yes I'm a heavy tab hoarder shush) But I also forgot to backup my OBS layout stuff, meaning I gotta do that all from scratch... again

Has anyone else ever had the feeling of ABSOLUTE DREAD AND ANXIETY, comparable to someone being hunted for sport, that comes with mass transferring personal files between machines? Or should I be going to to a doctor...?

I need to push this more but being on nerve pain meds is making me barely functional right now 😭 I may need to do another after I hit goal because of recent medical emergency expenses + payment processor fees eating a large chunk of it before it gets to me. Thank you everyone who helped so far. 💗
