The more I think about the choice I made with my job as a software developer, the more I am thinking about how people got used to technology being abused rather than used. The internet was created to educate others, not to spread lies and stupid ideals. (yes, I recognize the irony here).

I made this Pride flag using only NASA images and our team thought it would be cool to share on social (I work on the NASA heliophysics communications team), but it's getting all sorts of hate on the bird app and Fbook. Thought y'all might be more appreciative of it here. ☺️🏳️‍🌈💖

I want to be a force of good. I want to be a source of calmness, of thinking more positively. But I struggle a lot, between my issues and those of this world. The truth is...There needs to be a balance. I'm not all good and I am not just calm and that's okay. I don't need to be better, I can be.

One thing that I have to note is that social media really feels different when interact with it vs. when you just watch posts go by. I know this is scientifically proven but damn, you don't really believe it until it happens to you...gotta be more active here if I check it daily. For my own sake.

I kind of like cozy games. Animal Crossing was always a game I enjoyed a lot. Even when you felt alone, you could talk to villagers, catch fish, bugs, go hunt for furniture, so this game is perfect for me. And then there is this fish I caught... #webfishing
