So, today I played Nocturnal, Sweet and short game, ~3 hours. Only think I have to complain about is a complete lack of graphics options (you know how I am with graphics options). Pretty sick fluid sims for the mist and fire, solid combat, good story and lore, excellent art direction! Would suggest.

Sony's extreme bullshit aside, I am done with my short Maintenance break and I bring you post-processing shaders and EVEN MORE graphics options! There are, in fact so many now that I had to make the graphics tab scrollable so that they would all fit!

I may be like, over a decade late to the hype, but, if I'm getting this right, you're telling me that Varian Wrynn was the GOAT? (I am now done with 6 out of... 600 and something videos in the Nobbel Warcraft Lore collection, I'm cooked)

So, I presented my demo of Maintenance. Generally I would say it went well. My effort did not go unnoticed and prof noted that I "raised the bar" which is excellent news but I also got some very valuable info out of asking from someone from the class to play the game.

The acronym "SCOTUS" amuses me mildly every time I come across it, because it's very close to the archaic Greek word "σκότος" (scotos/skotos) which means darkness. And that is something I find applies in a rather ironic way at the moment.

IT IS DONE! I CAN REST NOW! Until the grind begins again so I can like, actually finish the game. But yeah the demo is ready for tomorrow and I will look into releasing it for all of you to play within the week, so look forward to that!

So if you load cycle 2 from the menu, everything works perfectly as intended but for some reason if you load cycle 2 by completing cycle 1 it just loads cycle 1 again... the code is the same it just calls a function so I am mildly confused

Yesterday, due to the bullshit Xbox is up to I was reminded of Dishonored. Now, I am going to be honest, I do not like, Dishonored. While I do recognise this is largely due to the fact I didn't vibe with the gameplay, I do still have some things to talk about which I believe are genuine problems

Maintenance update: Even MORE settings, the crawler now also has pathfinding, which mostly works fine but the AI needs a lot more work. Visuals are all basically just GODOT defaults except for the font (Nihonium113). All these are set on their default, except AA which would be set to Off.
