My computer's been periodically losing wifi for weeks and everything else in the house has been fine, so I've been talking to tech support. I finally thought to reboot the modem - after which NOTHING connected. So now they're sending me a new modem and I'll let the PC folks know if that helps.

My alarm went off, I started getting up, and the power went out. I waited ten minutes, reported it, then got on my phone to tell work. At which point it came back on. I think it’s messing with me.
