Nocturnals: The Sinister Path concludes with the current issue just released this week at your local comic shop. They’re all out now - 4 chapters, 5 variant covers - this Autumn’s tale is done.

Trump dementedly follows advice from a posse of little Nazi goose-stepping crooks, using his unbridled greed as a tool. They won’t last. When we vote as Americans who revere Democracy, we’ll wash them out of office on a blue wave, onto the street, into the courtroom and right into the penitentiary.

As a liberal, mostly I just can’t stand bullying, dishonesty, selfishness, intolerance, greed, derision and hate. MAGA loves when we cry -it makes them feel powerful. But if you want to talk about powerful, know that after we cry, we wipe the tears, and get to work. We solve, fix and win.

MAGA gravitates toward the less than mediocre, the subhumane, the least honest, most predatory, thoroughly corrupt, mostly uneducated, purely ignorant, highly misanthropic and completely self-obsessed. Their ears are attuned to the dog whistle, eyes affixed on greed, hearts submerged in fear.

Trump sure likes crooks and convicted creeps, he pardons enough of them. Kinda makes you see right through his claims of innocence, and surrounding himself with “only the best people”. I guess he means the best crooks . But if he has to pardon these people, they don’t seem like the best crooks.

So actor Simu Liu just expressed how he sees the kids who grew up reading comics, that we were, in fact, “the misfits and the weirdos and the underdogs that grew up reading comic books”. And, apparently we “didn’t fit in.” Anyone else feel like he has no idea what he’s talking about?

Comics creators on both sides of politics often walk a line. Livelihood depends on readership. It’s a brave creator who takes a public stance & risks alienating readers. Below, an example of a controversial stance. Not everybody agreed with this back then. We’ve since cleared that up. Or have we?
