Check posture. Minimize slouching, shrimping, or sitting like L from death note... Cushion your elbows if you rest on them while you draw and keep your grip relaxed. If physically able, strengthen your body core. It takes little effort to pinch delicate nerves but a lot of it to fix one 😅
