It was a pleasure to talk housing innovation with Ellen Grist of the Housing Festival & Lucy Wood of @agilehomes.bsky.social at UWE School of Architecture. Bristol is an innovation hotspot! I’d like to say we planned this with the Chancellor, but I can’t! Instead it’s a synchronicity win! The investment comes with a £25 m fund to pay to build new homes!
