I created a new object to show infos about a pet. The object mesh/ texture is still not final but I worked on it a bit more and now next to the tooltip you can also click on it to learn more about the pet and view their learned commands, misbehaviors, training & quirks!

I'm still working on the animal shelters but the next update to the vet care module will add spreadable diseases which will be even more important if you run an animal shelter! I still need to add a toggle though so you can disable the feature if you don't want it.

I‘m making slow but steady progress with the animal shelters! I’ve overhauled the donation system completely and added the ability for visitors to show interest in specific pets. Will upload a test version in my discord soon so feel free to check that out if you’re interested in helping me test it!

I dn't have too much stuff to show off yet but I created a bunch of new systems for the animal shelters. There will be new ways to take in pets, a whole new system for visitors adopting Sims, the option to have pets in your shelter that don't take up slots, shelters outside your home lot and more!

And another long awaited feature is making a return to paws & claws - animal shelters. This is a little outtake from making a mystery box that will create a random pet for you to take into your shelter. Obviously won’t look like this in the final version but I thought it was funny 😂

Since Paws & Claws remains one of my most popular mods I've started working on a new module focused on vet care. At the moment it adds new vaccines you can craft or get at the vet to make your pets immune against certain illnesses. The recipes are unlocked by levelling up the vet skill.

Do you have a headcanon for where the newer Sims worlds are placed in relation to the others? I still need to set up a default mapping for all the worlds since "For Rent". If you do - please let me know in the comments!

As if this week couldn't get worse in terms of Sims news I've discovered today that a very popular mod stole a bunch of code from one of my mods without asking or credit... I think I might need a break from this crap again. Just when I started getting excited about modding and playing the game again

Spend the last few days adding more ways for ghosts to gain spirit connection, balanced the gameplay a bit and am working on incorporating more community ideas. This is a big feature update and I need your feedback and ideas to make it work well so if you want to help test join the Discord!

I‘m going through some of the existing features and am tweaking and updating them for the motives. Ghost can now gain a moodlet reward for taking part in the lifted veil holiday that will slow down their spirit connection for a bit

Set up a save file to playtest Ghastly Ghosts and I'm having a lot of fun with it. The ghosts all have different personalities and the humans can't see them so it's all very chaotic. It's inspired by the tv show I've worked on a while ago. How do you play with ghosts?

Happy Haunts & Ghastly Ghosts are compatible with all recent patches and don't require any updates! I continued adding some small features to Ghastly Ghosts though and hope I can release those soon. PS: I accidentally discovered there will be a new death type with the new pack...

I'm working on a new feature update for Ghastly Ghosts that will add new reactions to Sims interacting with ghosts. Sims who can't see ghosts will get new unique reactions that are influenced by their personalities.

I'm working on another new feature for the remastered version of Paws & Claws that will integrate with the animal shelter system in the future. It works similar to the sim characteristics. There will be a system to auto assign these preferences based on your Sims personality as well.

It's been a while since I had time to work on my mods but the Paws & Claws Remaster is making progress and I added a feature that I wanted to add for a long time - the ability to gain/ lose preferences dynamically! I'll share more details on how it works in the future.

Little sneak peek for the remastered Paws & Claws mod 👀 I stumbled upon some very old code I wrote and decided to integrate it in the remaster. The animal preferences are currently in testing and flower pets has been merged with "A Sim's best friend" into a new module called "Lifelong Companions"

The happy haunts overhaul has a ton of features so I’m currently working on a roadmap and am debating on releasing them in parts so you can already enjoy the features that are finished like the new visitor schedule, venue moodlets and witching hour effects! Would you be interested in that?

I'm working on new tooltips for the urns/ tombstones utilizing the style of the new heirlooms. There are still some tweaks I want to make but the basic system is working now

I brought back even more stuff that I was working on before - the option to quickly see who’s buried at the cemetery! If you click on a Sim it will focus the camera on their grave so it’s easier to find 😊

The remaster of Happy Haunts will bring back the beautiful object that @surelysims.com helped me make a while ago. This object will give you some new ways of managing your cemetery including the option to set a specific cemetery keeper.

I unlocked all interactions that can normally only be performed during funerals. They're still restricted in their autonomy so that Sims won't get obsessed with interacting with tombstones though. Now I just need to add some outcomes and add back my own interactions I made.

The little specters are still mocking me and refuse to stay invisible but otherwise the Ghastly Ghosts Remaster is slowly coming together and the members of my server have been incredibly helpful in tracking down issues!

Currently working on overhauling the eulogies by combining them with aspects of my old system. This is a preview of the new interface for writing eulogies that I'm currently trying to add. There will be two new types of eulogies as well.

Happy Haunts is also getting a remaster with some new visual effects, new moodlets and much more. This new version requires the Life & Death EP and will overhaul and expand the existing systems.
