Well, here it is! I stupidly decided to give myself eleven days to design and knit a lacy shirt(?) to wear for London Pride on Saturday – and did it in ten. I knitted this in three pieces and then trimmed in crochet. I didn’t get any pictures at pride, but one taken on Sunday! #knitting

The depression has hit today. There’s been a lot of adrenaline in the last few weeks, and I think I’m on a comedown. I find it hard to talk about it as someone who’s been about a year off antidepressants after a decade of taking them, because it makes me feel like I’m back-pedalling a bit.

It’s been a strange and exciting few weeks! Today I was able to do what I rarely take time to anymore and «lécher les vitrines» of central London. It’s nice to remind myself how much joy the creativity of fashion gives me, and today has done just that, soothed my sewing soul a little.
