Planned a girls day for Friday! Trying to get out more and do things and I’m excited for it! It’s looking like it’s going to involve coffee, piercings, and the crystal store so how can it not be a good day!?

Sorry I’ve been gone a few days we were gone having a beach trip for the weekend with family but had lots of fun! Lots of jellyfish which was cool but nerve wracking while talking walks lol!

Got like no sleep last night just a few hour naps here and there and I am exhausted. Trying to stay awake until a normal bed time but definitely feeling rough. This morning was good though I was productive and got a good amount done so I’m happy about that at least!

Been having a rough week just too in my head and really disassociated. I miss y’all so much but I almost don’t know how to connect anymore like I feel like an outsider after being away so much. Just know I love and miss you even if you don’t see much from me. I am trying to figure things out though💜

Hate when you are supposed to have work people come by and they just say they will call you. Could be 5 minutes could be 5 hours. All I know is I’m going to be frozen with anxiety and unable to do anything until they are done.

Happy Friday!! Hope everyone has a good day! I’ve been listening to music and playing cozy caravan so far today. Chill vibes to start the day but I should at least get some picking up done at some point.

So I’ve been up for a few hours and I’m okay now but I woke up pretty groggy and a bit irritable so hopefully that isn’t an every day thing but it only took about an hour and then made me tired last night and I slept okay!

Changing a med starting tonight so hopefully it helps to fix my sleep schedule! It’s been not good lately lol! I did take a nap listening to Taylor earlier for like an hour though.
