This is not only going to decimate young career researchers, but also cause a massive teaching/TA shortage. Folks have no idea how much of the higher ed system relies on grad students to support their lower level classes. They’ll find out the hard way.

Spelling tips for my last name: 1) It is “Winn-Nuñez”. Not “Winn”. Not “Nuñez”. The hyphen makes it one name. 2) The tilde goes over the n. Not the e. Please remember that, especially if you plan to break rule 1 and only use “Nuñez” 3) If you fail both, I will not take your revisions seriously.
