Ended up at the ER overnight. Couldn't fall asleep and then had sudden tightness and pain around my heart, chest, and kidneys. After an hour I gave up trying to tough it out and went to the ER. Three hours later they told me I was fine and it was probably muscular stuff brought on by stress 😩
