I've just released a threaded software implementation of the #Dreamcast "PVR2" graphics chip as a portable standalone library (CC0) gitlab.com/Kazade/libpvr/ I've already plugged it into the "Nitrocast" emulator (lxdream fork) and performance and accuracy are way above the previous implementation!
