I can’t believe I caught COVID my first week at my new job after being unemployed for 6 months… (I can believe it though, I am immunocompromised and haven’t been around many people for 6 months, then at my new job I was around MANY people who were unmasked.)

I love cottage cheese. I put a little bit of nice olive oil on it, cut some cherry tomatoes in half, sprinkle a little salt, and then a nice drizzle of balsamic glaze. Fresh basil if I have it, but not necessary. I love tomatoesssss
