Scratched in to the terracotta brick work of Highgate Library. Bet Ros is still a Mod, they never grow out of it, so they? The building was paid for by Carnegie in 1906. The library has just been retrofitted to become carbon neutral - thankfully the builders didn’t do stuff to the brick fronts…
