𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗕𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗨𝗕𝗘 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗦: Freezing herbs in ice cube trays is a quick, easy way to preserve fresh garden flavour all year round. Simply pack finely chopped herbs into trays, top up with water, olive oil or wine, then freeze.

Three allotment infrastructure projects completed! I fitted a pallet collar with a lid to make a cold frame to move around on our beds, an old wooden ladder (unsafe, woodworm) was sawn and bolted to make two supports to grow squash between and the mini greenhouse attached to the shed got its roof.🌱
