Dram 5 - Score: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 - I'd be over the moon if given a bottle of this, and would probably drink it fairly quickly. The crossbar rattles and it just goes over for a 4

Dram 5 - On the palate: What the nose promises the palate delivers. Warm and welcoming, the stoves on with a lump of peat smouldering away, the Labrador is lying in front of it and a handful of butterkist popcorn is being enjoyed

Dram 3 on the palate is both sweet and drying. Initial taste shows an intense Demerara sugar sweetness with a touch of coffee before lapsing into an intense, cloying and slightly unpleasant dryness. A drop of H2O produces a slightly better balance but a lingering fiery note
