I know it's pretty random but I wanna say thanks so much to all the people who've purchased or listened to my albums, it makes me happy when I get an email of comments or bandcamp orders! I haven't put any work into marketing as such so it's amazing when new people come across and like it enough ^-^

I fixed my Ensoniq SQR a couple of weeks ago, replaced the battery with a holder and cr2032, desoldered the ESP's SRAM, installed sockets and installed new SRAM into those sockets. I didn't know if that would fix it but it did, my theory of crackling caused by bad ram was right.

After my success desoldering and adding new batteries to my GameBoy carts, I felt more confident to try tasks. I tried desoldering the battery of my Yamaha TG33 but failed. It wouldn't budge at all, from front or back. I even added new solder later on to see if it'd melt the old. Bah. Another time..
