ICE is claiming that the officer feared that Renee Good was about to seriously injure or kill him at this moment.

After Jonathan Ross murdered Good yesterday, he went up to make sure she was dead. Then walked back to his SUV and drove away. Seven minutes later, a few more ICE Nazis carried her dead body away like a sack of potatoes and covered up whatever evidence there may have been.
