Picked up some vegan cheddar cheese. It’s not bad. Pretty close to the real thing. Tried it years ago and was not a fan. But they’ve come along way. Added a little avocado and pickle with a homemade mayo. Now to get some ketchup for the fries and this is another beautiful meal.
