Have been watching Wonder Man, 2 episodes a day, over the last 4 days. An absolutely fantastic show that I could have easily binged in one sitting, but I'm trying to savour shows more these days. Went into it clueless but, for me, this is the best Marvel TV show since Disney+ got a hold of them.

Construntion of the Saucer Section was placed on hold for a while due to a misspelling on the dedication plaque (even though it would have been hidden inside the build, I would have known, and it would have eaten away at me!) A corrected replacement has arrived, so I can get back to it after work 😀

I've managed to behave myself in keeping the Enterprise-D set back for my festive leave, but I caved in with the Shuttlepod last night!

Awake until gone midnight to order the Lego U.S.S. Enterprise 1701-D. The usual 1-hour, or so, to actually fall sleep. Then the alarm got me up at 5:00am so I could get the first train into Cardiff for @recordstoredayuk.bsky.social Black Friday at @spillersrecords.bsky.social. Totally worth it!

Nice food, couple of beers, good people, no dramas, home before 9pm. This was the dream Christmas night out with work.

Golden Circle ticket secured for Billy Joel in Cardiff next year. I have never previously paid so much for a gig ticket, but it is his only European date in 2024, and probably the only chance to ever see him in my home city. Had to be done!
