The Ohio Board of Nursing changed the timelines during which licensed nurses can earn CE hours. ONA sent a letter to the Board today, demanding they notify all licensed nurses and ensure no nurses are penalized for the Board's lack of communication. Ohio's nurses deserve better.

Nurses, health professionals, and educators will gather at Levine Park in Cincinnati on March 4 for the AFT National Day of Action. ONA and partner unions are calling on lawmakers to reject legislation that would open schools, hospitals, colleges, and universities to immigration enforcement actions.

150 protesters gathered outside the OSU Hospital on Sunday, Feb. 22, calling on OSU to remove Wexner’s name from campus buildings due to his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Organized by the ONA, the protest drew nurses, students, survivors, and community members chanting, “Wexner’s name has got to go."
