Between writing for a couple #ttrpg projects, I've started a creative exercise. I pretend I'm a biologist exploring the origin of demons in my setting. So far I've made 2 proto-demons with 35 others waiting for lore. At 2 a week, I hope it'll end with a demonology monster book when finished.

Getting ever closer to finishing my #dnd region map. Flat colors and main roads were placed last night. I've got my fingers crossed this sees completion by this weekend.

I got busy so I haven't had a chance to wrap this map until last night. The line work is now complete! I'll add color to it after work today. Doing stuff like this makes me want to map out every detail of my setting. Must resist the urge to cartograph everything.

Work is continuing on my #ttrpg map. Nearly half the linework is complete. I don't have time tonight to work on it, but I've got a good feeling that the lines will be finished Sunday.

Yesterday I spent 3 hours at my local game shop writing out my first Shadowdark adventure in a notebook. Before I went to bed, I had a fully edited adventure for a group project. I've yet to run a session. Now I'm itching to see how this plays at a table. Just need to find a group willing to try it.

I'm diving into actually reading the Shadowdark rules this weekend. I've really been enjoying the system as a player and now I really want to learn how to run it and create adventures for the system.

I really like buying the mystery packs of 4 minis from Wizkids. I think I'm about to start buying 1 a month and trying to write a quick adventure for what I get in the pack.

Doing some work on the new monster manual and the amount of monsters that now revive after being killed is insane. It feels like at least 10% have to meet specific needs to fully kill them now.
