Finally caught up on the Severance hype. Still no idea what it was about.

Big milestone day! Lightest I have been in 10+ years and half way towards my goal. Hope was 3st by EPIC45 in July (certainly achievable) then the rest by the end of the year and we’ll see what’s next.

First Park Run Done ✅ It’s not pretty but still pretty proud for completing it in about the time I thought I’d be. Can only build from there.

Very odd mental place this week. Fitness and health motivation is through the roof. 💪 Rest of me, absolutely in the bin and massively down. 🗑️ Just can’t place why or what to do about it. Normally the two would be side by side at least.

Not had a PT session in about 10 years and the guy gets me deadlifting 100kg. Not how I expected my Wednesday to go. Tomorrow is gonna sting!

Made time to play the Frostpunk board game at our last @epiclan.co.uk tabletop event. We managed to speedrun our way to death by forgetting that laws were a thing. Yes it's just as brutal as the video game.

This may have been a silly mistake. I’ll come back in 6 months and tell you what was in the box…

Another great @epiclan.co.uk tabletop event complete. At one point every table was full (and we filled the extra ones we added in) with an amazing range of games being played from multiple DnD flavours to Warhammer to MTG to a huge array of board games.

I was allowed to pick out a new library game for @epiclan.co.uk’s tabletop event next weekend. Keen to give this one a go!

We helped put on a LAN for the lovely people at RuneFest. It looked pretty dammed cool.

A personal reflection from the last weekend. It was strange not being as present in the LAN hall as I focused on the R6 T2 EU Finals, leaving the very capable team to look after the LAN. But mere metres away from the rest of LAN we pulled off something pretty dammed cool.

Remember that time when I said I wouldn’t overdo it to myself again. Yeah that.
