Why am I so against generative AI in games? Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

I am not a problem or puzzle to be solved. Being Autistic is what makes me who i am.

Speaking on this; there's a tumblr post that PERFECTLY explains why TERFs have 'so much reach', and folk need to see it. Stop engaging with TERFS, block them, and get them offline. Likewise, report *their* harmful comments. Organise and be smart.

This is a good example of the subjective nature of what a good localization means. People who are interested in learning about Japanese culture and language will likely gravitate towards practices like "translator's notes" which are fairly prevalent in fansubs but are rare in official subtitles.

I guess this is what winning by the skin of your shell looks like.

Trans men’s insight on this is so fucking valuable in understanding the nuances of what’s going on with men. We need to be amplifying them, and hopefully cis men can realize what is actually the source of their loneliness.
