I'm so annoyed at how Arteta and #arsenal approached both Liverpool and Forest matches. Should have treated both as free hits and go all out at attack. Instead we saw timid and tense from entire team and zero goals not threat. Arteta needs to find a way to freshen up performance.

Annoying game mainly because #arsenal couldn't find any control or urgency even in the last 15 minutes. As if this match didn't matter in title race. That kind of mentality shows up in big way in the last 8 weeks if the season. Back to back weeks and entire team played scared or tight. Shame

Not sure how Fitbit watch measures but very accurate. I fell sick last Saturday (11 score) with bad flu symptoms. Got Rx Wed. Friday felt resurrected from dead. Now almost back to 100%. My average healthy score is 75+. Find sleep scores are a very accurate too.
