i know there's a lot of information im asking to be communicated here.
if your energy levels are low, or if you deal with a lot of anxiety, i do want to stress that you dont have to do it all at once, you can break it up, ie: one day you call about Bills, the next day you call about issue 1, etc
add a skeleton here at some point
