(recently watched The Old Guard 2) Players are all immortals. Should combat arise, roll a d6. On 4+ you win regardless of weapons/circumstances, on odds you toggle your mortality for the next combat, and on a 1 you die dramatically (if mortal) or swear revenge (if immortal).

Scalli's approach to classes in V&V is brilliant. You're a nobody who becomes a somebody. It's the main reason in Wettest Dungeon classes are called jobs. I liked the idea of players just playing a character with a Dolly Parton's 9-5 that also happens to stream themselves doing stupid sexy stuff.
