The former deputy head of the OSCE mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, subsequently posted to Brussels, was outed as an intelligence operative by Belgium and told to leave the country. The OSCE is now considering appointing him chief of mission in Serbia, as per this report. Can't make this up.
