I love the Dragon Quest localisation team so much. I love the games and the worlds but the localisation makes it extra special for me. They do such a wonderful job and have made DQ one of my biggest loves. I hope this never changes, I would be really upset if it did.

The short version of my Nintendo 2025 Year in Review! My favourite game was a tough choice. For me, it was between: - Donkey Kong Bananza - Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar - Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma - Pokémon Legends Z-A - Dragon Quest I + II HD 2D Remake I did choose Dragon Quest.

Square Enix… It has been like 15 years and we still don’t have Dragon Quest X over here in Europe😭🇬🇧 … I don’t know if they will ever localise it for the west!

Have been playing Zelda Minish Cap again lately for the first time in many years, CAPCOM really did excellent with the Zelda games they made.

Fun fact. When I was about 13/14, I paid £5 with my phone credit to get a picture of a girl with her breasts out on my phone from one of those text services on the back of gaming magazines. I never did get that picture because of an error, they got my money though.

Started the demo for Dragon Quest VII Reimagined. It looks stunning on Nintendo Switch 2 and runs at 60fps as well. I’m so glad they released a demo because I wanted to play it so badly. Haven’t played though VII since 2021 on 3DS.

I decided to get frames for the MyNintendo posters from the first 3 Super Mario games. Going to start framing more of my posters I think!

I finished The Plucky Squire and it was wonderful and charming!! I loved it! In a gaming world that is very Americanised in voice acting, I always love when a game is very British with either its world or characters, it feels cosy and makes me feel at home 😊❤️ Also I love James Turner’s art!

I literally only use Bluesky and Discord these days and you know what I’m pretty content with that. Oh and well a bit of Insta too but I mainly just post my collections and stuff on there.

Did you know… that Mr Rime’s eyes are on the lower half of the body, the top ones are fake. You can see it in Pokèmon Legends Z-A because he blinks and expresses with the bottom eyes.
