Even before their goal, it felt very midtable mediocrity today.

Well, Olakigbe looks like he has a lot of potential and gives us that option on the right. We've all enjoyed Duffy's debut, so that looks like an astute permanent signing. Grigg back in 3-4 weeks, too. I'm still a bit gutted about McFadz mind. 😭

I really enjoyed that performance last night. Some great partnerships forming (Grimes/Fadz, Sparkes/Duffy) and lovely to see a glimpse of what Fleck can bring. Dobra outstanding again. Hopefully, we can keep adding points to the tally and keep the season exciting.

So, Dylan Duffy signs. I'm a little surprised we've signed a left winger, rather than right, but maybe we will see him on either flank. We certainly needed options on the wing.

The full back positions are always crucial under Cooks teams, so it's great to see the additions of Sparkes and Donacien this month.

It's odd but today feels a bit like the start of the season again for me. After a few weeks off the league programme we have a few players in, a few players out, and a bench full of players coming back from injury. 22 games to give it a good go.

Just a few short years ago, it was hard to imagine players of Markanday's quality playing for us again. He's been excellent this season and deserves his chance up the pyramid again. Good luck, Dilan, and on we go Spireites.
