Undocumented immigrants are not criminals. When you are in the U.S. without documentation, that’s a civil violation, not a crime. Whereas, Donald Trump committed 34 felonies, making him a criminal. Hope that helps.

The constitution protects all people living in the U.S. Most constitutional provisions apply based on personhood, not citizenship… So, when republicans say this, they are suggesting that undocumented immigrants aren’t humans. Which what the Nazis did.
