I struggle with this Heart disease as well as extreme mast cell issues {I usually say MCAS but have never had medical care} The worst is that when I am in anaphylaxis & cant eat much or cant eat at all, too out of breath & swollen to walk, that people say lack of exercise or think im obese from food

No disability payment in country of birth my ONLY source of money is donations. This week has been very bad, lack of food/ water to the point of living on 10oz water bottle, 1 or 0 meals per 24h. Technically need out of here but dont know if I can make another big move, definitely not without money
