Back/joint pain isn't normal for your thirties. Ik we all like to joke about "being old lol" but if it hurts chances are you need to stretch/work on your mobility regularly and avoid sitting in crappy positions for hours (saying this as a shrimper myself). 'Use it or lose it' as they say.

Friendly reminder that giardia has one of the lowest thresholds for an organism to cause an infection. Only 10 tiny cysts will make you sick. And that's one of the less severe pathogens you can get. You are messing with some insane odds if you drink wild water without boiling/iodine/microfitering it
