Been in the US one year exactly & today is my first day driving here. Driving on the wrong side of the road isn't so bad, but is not knowing feet & miles is getting me. Hard to know what an appropriate speed is (until i can find a sign) and hard to understand how far it is until i need to turn off

So confused by the US & reading. My government name is "Bronwyn" which is not a common name in Aus, but most people got it right. In the US I keep not knowing people are calling me because they get my name so wrong. This morning it was "Brown" which I thought was someone else's last name
